JMH Design transformed this classic Enoggera brick home into a contemporary two-storey family residence while retaining its original character.

The project included a full upper-level extension, complete internal reconfiguration and a refreshed modern façade using soft white weatherboards and a restructured roofline, creating seamless cohesion between old and new.

Inside, light-filled spaces showcase warm timber tones, a refined neutral palette and custom joinery throughout the kitchen, living areas, bathrooms and bedrooms. Large windows and flowing indoor–outdoor transitions maximise natural light and connect the home to the new alfresco and pool area.
